Our legal wedding at the Wharf was lovely...but we missed sharing this moment with our family and friends! After much deliberation, we decided to have an outdoor ceremony with our local family and wedding party.

A much more casual affair than our original plans, we were lucky to have a cooler DC August evening and only a little bit of rain. At this point, nothing was going to stop this abbreviated celebration from happening!

Someday, sooner than later, we may be able to have a mask free party to celebrate our union and joining our family and friends together. Because as we planned our (multiple) weddings, we were most excited about introducing and building bonds with the people that we hold so special in our lives. We look forward to having these moments in the near future!
